  • Briefly discuss our company, services offered, and address any questions prospective client may have
  • Provide disclosure of privacy policy and other mandatory disclosure documents
  • Review client questionnaire and prepare for initial meeting

Phase 1:
Before Our First Meeting

  • Visit our website
  • Organize information and complete the confidential questionnaire, cash flow questionnaire, and risk tolerance survey
  • Prepare any specific questions or concerns you would like addressed during our first meeting

 

 

 

 

 

  • Provide an overview of our services
  • Clarify your situation and better understand your needs
  • Address your questions or concerns
  • Discuss and propose an initial service approach that can meet your needs
  • Provide you with a list of additional information we will need to complete detailed planning work
  • Provide draft service agreement for your review and consideration

Phase 2:
 Initial Planning Meeting

  • Get to know the advisors and how the process works
  • Bring any questions or concerns you may have
  • Sign the services agreement and deliver a deposit to formally engage us to begin your planning work

 

 

 

 

 

  • Check to make sure all documents are received, and schedule plan presentation appointment(s)
  • Initiate detailed planning work: perform research, analysis, observations and development of recommendations
  • Prepare observations and formulate recommendations into financial plan

Phase 3:
Planning Stage

  • Gather the requested documents outlined on your data request form
  • Your plan presentation meeting(s) will be scheduled when all data request items are in place here
  • Expect requests for clarification or additional documents

 

 

 

 

 

  • Present and review your personal financial plan with you
  • Discuss all reports and provide a written summary of action items for implementation

Phase 4:
Presentation Meetings

  • Discuss the plan observations and recommendations with your advisor·
  • Review the actions steps and timing with your advisor

 

 

 

 

 

  • Edit the initial information as needed, and run additional scenarios, if applicable
  • Discuss next steps

Phase 5:
After Your Foundational Plan is Complete

  • Execute the action steps summarized in your plan and contact us if any questions arise
  • Discuss annual update meetings and ongoing service arrangements
